Duties Assist in the fabrication and assembly of custom cabinets using hand tools and power tools Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction Support the installation of cabinets, doors, fixtures, and related components on-site or in the shop Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, sanding, and finishing wood or other substrates Perform heavy lifting and material handling safely to support production needs Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Support other carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry, framing, siding, or drywall finishing as needed Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools. Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with construction site safety protocols.
