Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Custom Cabinet Builder and Shop Help! In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of crafting high-quality custom cabinets and supporting our manufacturing process. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will help bring clients' visions to life, ensuring every project meets our high standards. This position offers a rewarding opportunity for those passionate about woodworking, construction, and craftsmanship, with a focus on teamwork and precision. Whether assisting with fabrication, assembly, or installation prep, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist in the fabrication and assembly of custom cabinets using hand tools and power tools Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction Support the installation of cabinets, doors, fixtures, and related components on-site or in the shop Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, sanding, and finishing wood or other substrates Perform heavy lifting and material handling safely to support production needs Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Support other carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry, framing, siding, or drywall finishing as needed Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools. Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with construction site safety protocols.
