Custom Cabinet Maker

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Custom Cabinet Builder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets that meet precise specifications and client expectations. Your expertise in woodworking, fabrication, and installation will ensure each project is completed with excellence, efficiency, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about craftsmanship. Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct custom cabinets. Measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinet components using hand tools and power tools with precision. Laminate cabinets when needed. Knowledge of a CNC machine is a plus. Collaborate with Lead and Production Manager to ensure specifications are followed and deadlines are met. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper tool handling procedures. Skills Extensive experience with woodworking techniques including framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and cabinetry fabrication. Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., saws) and power tools (e.g., drills, routers) safely and effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety standards. Plant hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 3:15pm. Overtime opportunity is available.
