Job Description

Suburban Chevrolet in Eden Prairie, MN is looking for a experienced Automotive Custom Finance Manager ! This is a great opportunity to work at a high volume, fast paced, custom driven dealership. The Custom Finance Manager is responsible for completing new and used vehicle sale transactions, overseeing the deals, and continuing to follow the deals until they are funded. $$ Aggressive Pay Plan $$

JOB DUTIES:
Respond to customer lead inquiries and set up appointments to meet with them. Build and maintain a professional business relationship with the customer. Conduct a customer interview to determine what they are looking for in a vehicle. Assist the customer by providing options of vehicles that meets their needs and budget. Stay informed of current vehicle inventory and location. Ensure collection of all finance and insurance fees and reserves. Maintain an adequate and current supply of all required contracts and paperwork needed. Address customer complaints to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. Generate revenue by selling financing and additional products to protect customers investment. Timely and accurately process finance and lease deals through financial sources to secure approval. Review deals with Sales Managers every morning. Maintain a good working relationship with banks and other financial institutions (both prime and subprime lenders) including the manufacturer Contract any overflow of customers waiting to be delivered. Utilize all technologies available to facilitate the quickest funding of contracts. Monitor and review performance with contractors daily. Track and collect all contracts in transit through funding. Review and control all charge backs. Forecast monthly and annual goals and objectives. Monitor the productivity of the Sales team to ensure revenue, production, and customer experience goals are met. Helps Sales team work deals when necessary. Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the finance department. Any other duties assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience and proven track record within Automotive Finance High level of integrity and professionalism Strong interpersonal skills and desire to help others Organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated Ability to handle pressure, adapt to change, maintain composure, and work to resolve conflicts while maintaining a pleasant and positive demeanor. Ability to work and communicate effectively with others by valuing teamwork

$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
