Custom Sprayer

Responsibilities:

• Experience using HVLP guns in a spray booth
• Artistic bend with meticulous attention to detail
• Will need to sand, spray, and finish a variety of wood products to customers satisfaction
• Maintain an orderly clean work environment
• Apply paint/stain using a variety of techniques & spray tools including pressure pots, hoses, nozzles, gauges, & cup guns
• Ensure proper spray techniques to reduce waste
• Skilled in surface preparation
• Mix paint colors to match shades while safely handling solvents & chemicals including varnish & sealants
• Maintain, trouble shoot, and clean spray equipment
• Follow all safety regulations
• Ability to work alone and meet deadlines.

Skills:

• Experience with HVLP guns
• Ability to see color differences
• Ability to stand for long periods and capable of lifting up to 50lbs
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Good work ethic
• Capable of working in a fast
• paced environment
• Time management skills
