Job Description

Premier Direct Strategies delivers results-driven marketing and customer acquisition solutions for top telecommunications clients. Our team is built on performance, growth, and a commitment to developing future leaders in the industry. We are seeking a Customer Account Manager to promote and sell a telecommunications client's full product line, including Verizon services. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-energy environment and want hands-on experience in sales and account management. You will work directly with customers to identify needs, present solutions, and close sales. Customer Account Manager Key Responsibilities Engage with customers through personalized interactions to promote Verizon telecommunications products, assess customer needs, and deliver informative presentations and product demonstrations that support purchasing decisions Achieve or exceed individual and team sales objectives by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining a consistent, results-oriented approach Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to support ongoing sales opportunities, customer retention, and proficient account management Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions while accurately tracking sales activities Track performance metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement of all accounts Support team success by participating in meetings and training sessions, enhancing sales capabilities Represent the brand professionally to ensure a positive customer experience Customer Account Manager Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; experience in sales is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and present solutions effectively Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales goals and maintaining high performance standards Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Able and willing to learn about account management and the importance of its role Adaptable, professional, and eager to learn with a strong willingness to grow and develop sales skills

$4,000.00 - $5,200.00 per month
