$20- 21.93/hour Position Overview The Customer Account Partner (CAP) is responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of customers by delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-term business relationships. This role serves as the primary day-to-day customer contact and supports order management activities while aligning with the company's financial objectives and customer satisfaction standards. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Advocate for customer needs while supporting company products and services Provide oversight and support for order management activities Make business decisions aligned with company financial goals and customer service standards Ensure all activities comply with company policies related to: Safety Compliance Code of Conduct Deliver a high-quality customer experience across all interactions Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience Minimum 3 years of customer service experience managing a dedicated customer portfolio 3+ years of B2B service management experience Proven track record of building successful customer relationships Experience in distribution and/or the chemical industry preferred This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
