Full-time More Than Just a Delivery Driver. At ZSmart Furniture, our Bilingual Customer Account Representatives are the engine of our business. We serve a diverse community, and we need a professional who can communicate fluently in both Spanish and English to build trust, manage routes, and help our guests stay on the path to ownership. We aren't looking for someone who just wants to drop off a box. We need a "hybrid" professional who can handle the physical demands of delivery while effectively managing financial ledgers and customer negotiations. Why ZSmart?Performance Pay:

Your ability to speak Spanish is a specialized asset here and is central to our customer service strategy.What You'll Do Bilingual Account Retention:
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring on-time payments by communicating clearly with both English and Spanish-speaking guests.Field Consultations:
Visit guests at their homes to resolve account issues and offer solutions in their preferred language to keep products in the home.Deliveries & Setups:
Safely deliver, install, and demonstrate furniture, appliances, and electronics.Relationship Building:
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our Spanish-speaking community feels fully supported and understood.Requirements Language:
Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English (Required). The "Hybrid"Skillset:
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs (up to 300 lbs with a partner) while maintaining a professional, business-minded attitude.Driver's License:
Valid license and clean record (Must be 21+).Communication:
Comfortable having firm but polite conversations regarding credit and payments in both languages.Experience:
