Customer Account Representative:
Contact customers with past-due accounts to arrange payment solutions Review and reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepancies Prepare and send collection notices and correspondence Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately Partner with customers to resolve billing or payment concerns Collaborate with internal departments to address account-related inquiries Follow up consistently to ensure payment commitments are met Communicate potential risks or trends to management Provide additional administrative support as needed Requirements for
