  • Full-time Position Overview We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Account Specialist.
This role is responsible for managing customer accounts from start to finish ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience from initial inquiry through order fulfillment and delivery. In this position, you won't just process orders you'll take ownership of the customer experience. You'll work directly with customers on their PC builds, manage their orders through our system, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure everything is completed correctly and on time. This is a fast-paced role where organization, communication, and accountability are critical. This is an active role where sitting, standing, moving throughout the shift is required. Because we design and manufacture PC cases, strong computer skills are helpful, and a solid understanding of PC components is highly beneficial. Key Responsibilities Manage customer accounts from initial inquiry through order completion and delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, owning communication and overall experience Assist customers with questions related to PC configurations, components, and product selection Accurately enter, review, and manage orders throughout the production process Proactively communicate order status, timelines, and any issues or delays Coordinate with internal teams (production, shipping, etc.) to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Identify and resolve issues, taking ownership rather than passing problems along Maintain detailed and accurate account and order records What We're Looking For Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Basic understanding of PC components (CPU, GPU, motherboard, cooling, etc.) High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Problem solving mindset with a focus on delivering a great customer experience Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented What You'll Gain Hands-on experience managing customer accounts in a manufacturing environment Exposure to the full lifecycle of order processing, production, and fulfillment Opportunity to grow into advanced roles with increased responsibility A role where you directly impact customer satisfaction and company success Experience Customer service, account support, or administrative experience is helpful Experience building or working with PCs is a strong plus This is a full time, long term position. Hours are Monday
