Superior Fence & Rail of Minneapolis is seeking a motivated Customer and Lead Management Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. In this dynamic role, your top priority is to be the voice of our company where the phone and incoming leads take precedence over all other tasks. You will own the lead-to-appointment pipeline, ensuring every prospective client receives a lightning-fast response and is successfully scheduled for an estimate. Lead Qualification & Vetting:
Act as our primary gatekeeper by vetting all incoming inquiries. You will confirm project scope, service area, and budget expectations to ensure our sales reps are meeting with high-quality prospects.Lead Conversion and Scheduling:
Rapidly respond to all incoming web and phone leads, aiming for \"speed-to-lead\" excellence. Proactively follow up with \"stale\" leads to convert them into scheduled sales appointments.High-Volume Inbound/Outbound:
Manage a high volume of calls with high energy and professionalism. You are the first impression of our brand!Calendar Management:
Meticulously coordinate sales reps' schedules. You aren't just booking appointments; you are \"routing\" them to maximize schedules and minimize drive time. Administrative Support (Secondary): Assist with permitting, Gopher State One Call requests, and other contract processing tasks around the priority of customer communication.What We Offer:

Customer Service:
2+ years of dedicated customer service or inside sales experience.Local Knowledge:
Familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area to assist in efficient route schedulingTechnical Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, with strong general computer and technology skills.Education:
Associate degree (or higher) in business or management preferred.Background Check & Drug Screening:
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
