COATESVILLE
Pennsylvania The Customer Care Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, supporting order processing, customer inquiries, repairs, calibration logistics, and coordination with laboratories and logistics teams. The role combines customer support, administrative coordination, CRM data management, and communication through phone and email in a hybrid work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and occasional in-person interactions Process orders, transactions, repairs, and calibration requests Coordinate with laboratories, logistics, vendors, and internal departments Provide service updates, quotations, and delivery/pickup scheduling Expedite customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues Maintain accurate customer and service records in the CRM system Perform data entry and documentation following SOPs and company procedures Support onboarding and workflow processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams Ensure high-quality customer service and professional communication at all times Adapt to hybrid work schedules and participate in training programs
Skills:
Customer service and customer support experience CRM system/data entry experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Email and phone support handling Order processing and scheduling coordination Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Education/Experience:
High School
