Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Customer Care Specialist Coordinator & Scheduler to join our team at a local HVAC company, specializing in residential & light commercial heating and cooling work. In this vital role you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers , ensuring seamless communication and efficient scheduling. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to maintaining our customer care satisfaction. Duties Coordinate customer appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling for our customers needs, while meeting our technicians and sales teams availability Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing friendly and professional assistance Verify customer information and update records accurately within the management systems Confirm appointment details and communicate any schedule changes promptly Support billing processes by collecting necessary information and ensuring proper documentation is in place Other miscellaneous office tasks, such as filing and inventory etc. Skills Proven experience in an office setting with strong interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules efficiently and accurately Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills Microsoft office, primarily Excel & Word Join us to make a difference in customer care through exceptional coordination and support. Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
