Our facility spans 4,500 square feet and offers comprehensive services, including digital radiology, ultrasound, and a fully equipped pharmacy. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding care through a collaborative team environment that values professionalism and compassion. Job Summary We are seeking a friendly Customer Care/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hospital. In this role, you will provide front desk operations, exceptional customer service, and support administrative tasks and daily operations. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a warm, efficient environment for clients and patients. Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures Answer multiple-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for veterinarians and staff Handle data entry, filing, and record keeping with accuracy Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive relationships Assist with clerical duties including patient discharge, filing, and managing correspondence Skills Proven experience in front desk or office management roles within a veterinary or healthcare setting Excellent phone etiquette with experience operating multi-line phone systems; bilingual is a plus Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of clerical processes such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management Previous personal assistant or administrative experience preferred; strong time management skills are essential Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering top-tier care while fostering a supportive work environment.
