Job Details This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

$25/hr-$30/hr (DOE)Responsibilities:
Data and Document Management Data Validation:
Review and validate customer information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.Document Review:
Analyze and verify customer-submitted documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.Onboarding Records:
Create, maintain, and review onboarding records for new customers, ensuring all documentation and data are accurate and complete before activation.Regulatory Compliance:
Conduct regulatory validations to ensure all customer records and processes meet industry standards and legal requirements.Team Support Specialist and Manager Support:
Provide operational and administrative support to Customer Engagement Specialists and Managers by managing document workflows, resolving discrepancies, and facilitating the approval of customer records.Issue Escalation:
Identify and escalate complex documentation or compliance issues to Specialists or Managers for resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and action.Process Collaboration:
Partner with Specialists and Managers to support customer onboarding, data updates, and other customer engagement initiatives. Customer Interaction (as needed) Communicate with customers to collect missing documentation, clarify data discrepancies, or provide updates on the status of their onboarding or regulatory validations. Assist in addressing customer queries related to documentation or compliance processes, collaborating with Specialists and Managers to ensure a positive experience.Operational Excellence Process Adherence:
Follow established workflows and procedures for data validation, document review, and regulatory checks, ensuring consistency and compliance.Audit Preparation:
Maintain organized and accurate records to support internal and external audits.Continuous Improvement:
Identify and recommend opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the onboarding experience.Qualifications:
Experience:
1+ years of experience in a similar role, such as compliance coordination, data management, document review, or customer operations. Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or finance is preferred.Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data and document review. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in data management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and document review platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.Knowledge:
Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to the industry (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, or similar). Understanding of customer onboarding workflows and best practices.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting customer-facing teams, including Specialists or Managers, is highly desirable. Familiarity with document management and compliance validation tools.
