Requirements:
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
The Customer Engagement Lead is responsible for the coordination of sales events, maintaining and providing superior customer focus and leading all aspects of marketing campaigns to help drive achievement of sales goals and excellence in customer relations. The Customer Engagement Lead will be responsible for managing these customer and marketing functions in a manner that demonstrates the company values and operating philosophy.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
: 1) Coordinate
  • Coordinate and manage corporate events such as tradeshows, sales meetings, representative training classes, customer visits, etc. to ensure a world-class customer experience. 2) Reporting and Communication
  • Lead internal communication and coordination efforts to assist in the achievement of marketing initiatives. Manage marketing and report on marketing budget. Distribute companywide communications on the digital signage monitor system. 3) Sales and Marketing Support
  • Support of representative marketing initiatives, including, but not limited to regional trade shows and representative customer events. 4) Research
  • Investigate market trends and identify trade organizations, publication opportunities with product managers, social media and other methods for Fulton branding. Review vertical market growth opportunities and assist in campaign development and content design. 5) Social Media
  • Design and implement Fulton's social media campaigns based on upcoming events and product launches.
QUALIFICATIONS
(Education, Certifications and Required Experience) : 1) Two or four-year marketing-related degree preferred. 2) Marketing background preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
: 1) Vision
  • visual acuity to perform an activity such as analyzing data and viewing a computer terminal. 2) Light Work
  • occasional exertion of 20 pounds or less.
