Job Description:

Akkodis is seeking a Customer Engineer- AV Support for a contract job with a client in Los Angeles, CA (Onsite).

Rate Range:

$30/hour to $36/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on, onsite AV support for conference rooms and collaboration spaces to ensure meetings run smoothly Act as the first point of contact for any AV-related issues, responding through tools like ServiceNow, Slack, and ticketing systems Conduct daily room checks (sweeps) to make sure all systems are fully operational and meeting-ready, including: Verifying conferencing systems (PCs / Google Meet setups) Testing cameras, microphones, speakers, and displays Identifying and fixing issues like frozen panels or disconnected devices Ensuring rooms are clean, organized, and set to the correct inputs Troubleshoot issues across platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, along with AV hardware Support basic meeting and event setups when needed Escalate more complex technical issues (hardware, firmware, system-level) to senior AV technicians or engineering teams Assist with minor hardware replacements, installations, and updates onsite If you are interested in this role, then please click
