In this role, you will help create a welcoming experience for clients and prospective customers in the showroom while assisting with appointment scheduling, customer communication, and various operational and administrative needs. This position is based in our Fife showroom and may also include support for other Inspired Closets Seattle showrooms as needed.
Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors to the showroom in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about our custom closet and storage solutions to potential clients. Collect and maintain client contact information for consultations within our CRM. Assist clients with scheduling appointments for design consultations. Conduct tours of the showroom, showcasing our products and explaining their features and benefits. Maintain a clean and organized showroom appearance. Answer phone and email inquiries from prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team by scheduling lead appointments and coordinating calendars to schedule meetings both in-home and in our showroom. Provide support to other Inspired Closets Seattle showroom as needed, including scheduling and customer coordination. Handle incoming and some outgoing correspondence and communications. Provide general administrative support to the office and management team. Assist with data entry, filing, and minor document management. Assist with processing deposits. Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Warm, friendly and approachable personality along with professional demeanor. Proficiency and confidence in speaking on the phone. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Experience with lead outreach is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or sales support is a plus. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle a variety of tasks.
