Customer Operations Specialist

ARC Resin Corporation, a plastic distributor in Marietta, Ohio, currently has an opening for an office staff who is willing to learn varying roles within our organization. The main duties of this position would be a customer service position. This would include writing up orders and assisting our salesman with customer orders, working with our purchasing group on pricing, answering phones and emails, sending data/MSDS/certificates to customers, and writing up returns & credits, as well as making follow-up calls to our customers after shipment. This candidate would also be involved with handling our social media and working with our website consultants to keep our website up to date. This candidate would also be trained in our shipping department and will learn how to schedule orders for the day and coordinate with our warehouse staff, as well as various other tasks needed in our accounting department. The position is a full-time position working from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a lunch break and benefits, which include vacation, retirement plan and insurance.
