Job Description

Customer Relations & Operations Administrator Harwich Port, MA $25-$32/hour + Benefits Full-Time/ On-Site Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Relations & Operations Administrator to support daily operations across customer service, inventory management, purchasing, reporting, and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in keeping office and field operations running efficiently while supporting service teams, vendors, and leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple systems and priorities within a fast-paced service environment. ResponsibilitiesOperations & Systems Support Manage and maintain CRM and operational systems, including customer records, workflows, reporting, and user support Support office and field teams with system training and troubleshooting Create and maintain operational reports related to job progress, technician performance, and customer activity Inventory & Purchasing Coordination Maintain inventory tracking systems across warehouse and service vehicles Coordinate purchasing, vendor communication, and material ordering Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels to ensure operational efficiency Job Costing & Reporting Assist with job costing by tracking labor, materials, and expenses Support reporting and reconciliation between operational and accounting systems Generate reports to support leadership decision-making and operational performance Dispatch & Administrative Support Provide dispatch support during high-volume periods as needed Assist with technician scheduling, route coordination, and customer communication Serve as backup support for payroll processing and administrative functions Qualifications 3+ years of experience in operations, administration, customer service, or systems support within HVAC, plumbing, construction, or a related service industry Experience with CRM, dispatching, inventory, or purchasing systems preferred Experience with QuickBooks and ServiceTitan is a plus Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work effectively across departments Experience with job costing, purchasing, or payroll support is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $25-$32/hour Stable, full-time opportunity Collaborative team environment Opportunity for long-term growth within a growing service organization
