Job Description

At Arrest A Pest, our Customer Relations Specialists are the first impression of our company. You are the voice customers hear when they call stressed, frustrated, confused, or needing help — and your ability to communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positivity matters. This role is fast-paced, high-energy, and detail-driven. Some days will feel nonstop. Phones ringing. Customers calling. Schedules changing. Problems needing solutions. We need someone who can stay calm under pressure, move quickly, think critically, and still show up with a great attitude. What You'll Be Doing Answering inbound customer and sales calls Scheduling appointments and managing technician routes Entering customer information, jobs, notes, and payments accurately Communicating with customers regarding services and scheduling Assisting with office organization and daily operations Supporting the team in maintaining efficiency throughout the day Helping create a positive experience for every customer interaction This Job Is NOT For Everyone If you prefer slow-paced environments, dislike multitasking, or struggle with organization and urgency, this position will probably feel overwhelming.
