What You'll Be Doing Answering inbound customer and sales calls Scheduling appointments and managing technician routes Entering customer information, jobs, notes, and payments accurately Communicating with customers regarding services and scheduling Assisting with office organization and daily operations Supporting the team in maintaining efficiency throughout the day Helping create a positive experience for every customer interaction This Job Is NOT For Everyone If you prefer slow-paced environments, dislike multitasking, or struggle with organization and urgency, this position will probably feel overwhelming.
