This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with current facilities while identifying opportunities to increase volume and bring on new business. You'll work closely with skilled nursing facilities, assisted livings, home health and PACE Centers to ensure service issues are handled quickly and accounts stay engaged. It requires regular communication, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to account growth. Responsibilities Maintain relationships with existing customers and address service concerns quickly Identify opportunities to increase exam volume within current accounts Support onboarding of new facilities and ensure a smooth transition Conduct facility check-ins (phone and in-person as needed) Partner with operations to resolve issues and improve service delivery Track account activity, follow-ups, and growth opportunities Assist in developing new business within the Central Valley market Requirements Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships Organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once Comfortable handling issues directly and following through Self-motivated with a focus on results and growth Experience in customer service, account management, or business development Healthcare, SNF, or medical services experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Pay:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
