Customer Sales Associate

CSF Advisory Group is hiring Customer Sales Associates to support our Verizon telecommunications campaign. This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing sales role where you will work directly with customers to promote and sell Verizon wireless and fiber internet services. Day-to-Day Responsibilities of a Customer Sales Associate Speak directly with customers in person to present and sell Verizon services Explain wireless and fiber internet options and recommend the best sales solutions Guide customers through enrollment, account setup, and service activation Answer customer questions related to pricing, plans, and service features Maintain accurate sales records, enrollments, and customer information Work toward daily and weekly sales goals and performance expectations Provide professional customer service while completing sales transactions What We're Looking For in a Customer Sales Associate Strong communication skills and confidence in sales and customer interactions Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment Motivated individuals who want to grow in sales and customer service Ability to stay organized while managing multiple sales opportunities Team-oriented mindset with interest in advancement As a Customer Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is sales. You will speak with customers face-to-face, explain available Verizon services, and guide them through the sales and enrollment process, including account setup and activation. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and customer service while working in a performance-driven environment. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not required.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
