If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and building real skills in sales, customer service, and account management, this is a strong opportunity to get started and grow. As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll be at the center of customer engagement and sales, working face-to-face with individuals to introduce wireless services, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process. This role is designed for someone who wants hands-on experience in customer acquisition, sales support, and managing customer accounts from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing Connect with customers in person to present TruConnect wireless services, plans, and device options Support the full sales process, including customer interaction, enrollment, and account setup Help customers choose the right service options based on their needs Manage customer accounts and ensure all information is accurate and complete Deliver strong customer service while answering questions and building trust Stay organized while handling multiple customer conversations and applications Contribute to sales goals, customer acquisition, and overall team performance We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. You don't need prior experience — just the drive to show up, improve, and build confidence in a customer-focused sales environment.
