Position Overview We are hiring an E-Commerce & Operations Specialist to support Shopify management, Excel-based data tracking, photo editing, sales support, and daily office operations . This role combines customer operations, e-commerce management, product data, digital content, and light sales support . Key Responsibilities E-Commerce /

Shopify:

Manage and update Shopify product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, variants) Upload and optimize product images Maintain product data accuracy across systems Assist with inventory tracking and order management Photo Editing /

Digital Content:

Edit and resize images using Adobe Photoshop Prepare product photos for website and marketing use Organize and maintain digital asset library

Data & Operations:

Use Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) for data entry, reporting, and tracking Maintain accurate records for orders, products, and operations Support daily office operations and administrative tasks

Customer Operations:

Respond to customer emails and inquiries Answer and route incoming calls

Sales Support:

Assist with customer inquiries, quoting, and order follow-up to support sales Identify opportunities to improve increase sales Required Skills & Experience Shopify experience (product uploads, editing, backend management) Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, data organization, spreadsheets) Adobe Photoshop / photo editing experience Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail Experience in e-commerce, retail, or product-based business Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred (Not Required) Basic knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization) Experience with product listings, digital merchandising, or online store management Experience with Chatra, Roominate, or similar live chat / customer support tools (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.) Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
