What you'll do: Prepare and process completed railcars accurately and in a timely manner Maintain and update dashboards as completed cars are processed Organize documentation by creating folders for inbound railcars daily Data entry and upload of all qualifying paperwork into variety of systems Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned to support operational efficiency What you'll need: High school diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar and professional correspondence Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently
