Dedicate 2???3 hours per week to maintaining HR integrity through organized scanning, digital filing, and record-keeping.
Utility Flexibility:
Adapt to daily priorities, shifting between administrative tasks and customer-facing duties as needed.
Data Management:
Ensure accurate entry of customer information and company records into internal systems.
Team Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth office operations and timely response to client requests.
Working hours:
9:00 AM - 1:00
AM Skills:
Manufacturing Experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (ideal but not required).
HR Administrative Support:
Familiarity with HR tasks like filing, scanning, and digital record-keeping.
Adaptability:
Comfortable shifting between different roles (customer service and administrative duties) as priorities change.
Team Collaboration:
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

High School Experience:
1-4 years
