Customer Service Agent

Stellar Aviation is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Fixed Base Operations (FBO) team. The CSR serves as the first point of contact for aircraft crews, passengers, corporate flight departments, and high-profile clientele arriving at our facility. This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for every guest. Responsibilities Manage multiple incoming phone calls and customer requests Provide accurate information regarding services, scheduling, and facility operations Generate sales leads and promote company services Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and interactive communication Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to process customer accounts and maintain records Meet individual and team customer service goals Collaborate closely with fellow CSRs and Line Service personnel to coordinate aircraft handling and customer needs Maintain records of customer interactions and complete required documentation Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Take initiative to provide exceptional customer experiences and exceed expectations Qualifications & Skills Previous customer support or client service experience preferred Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills Ability to adapt and respond professionally to a variety of customer personalities and situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook High school diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years of age Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule Full-time position Must be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed Why Join Stellar Aviation?
