Customer Service Agent

Island Air Service is looking for motivated Customer service agents to join our team. Our agents will be task with booking flights, updating clients on flight information and processing payments. This position is a key element with keeping the line of communication open between flight operations and customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive in a team setting, detail oriented and work with efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and checking in passengers Creating flight reservation and receiving payments Contacting customers with flight status and updates Prepare mail and cargo shipments

Requirements:

Able to lift up to 50 LBS Basic computer knowledge Must be able to pass a background check.
