Responsibilities include:

Answering customer phone calls Greeting and assisting clients Scheduling and managing appointments Assisting customers with clothing drop-offs and pick-ups Receiving and organizing garments Assisting with minor fittings and customer measurements Helping with daily shop organization and customer service

Qualification :

Strong communication and customer service skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred Friendly and professional attitude Basic computer and phone skills Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask Comfortable working with customers in person and on the phone Experience in alterations, sewing, or fashion is helpful but not required (training available)

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
