Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Appointment Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for scheduling free in-home consultations and ensuring a positive and professional experience. Key Responsibilities Make outbound and receive inbound calls to schedule appointments Speak with homeowners to gather basic information and set qualified appointments Clearly explain the purpose of our free in-home consultation Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our system Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone Confirm, reschedule, and manage appointment calendars Meet daily/weekly call and scheduling targets Qualifications Previous call center, customer service, or appointment setting experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations on track Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Positive attitude and professional demeanor Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Performance-based bonuses and incentives Paid training Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment What Success Looks Like Consistently meeting or exceeding appointment-setting goals Maintaining high-quality customer interactions Keeping schedules organized and up to date How to Apply Submit your resume along with a brief description of your experience in customer service or appointment setting.
