Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chat platforms Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details to ensure customer satisfaction Assist clients with order processing, data entry, and resolving issues efficiently using Microsoft Office tools and other software Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and feedback to support continuous improvement Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients Support client services by addressing concerns related to billing, returns, or technical support with patience and clarity Experience Previous customer support roles preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills necessary for daily tasks Experience in outbound calling or sales environments is a plus but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and other languages as applicable Join us as a Customer Service Associate where your energy fuels positive interactions!
