Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address questions, resolve issues, and provide product or service information. You will be dealing with Plate and Auto glass customers . You will be fully trained in this field but experience is a plus Assist clients with sales inquiries, guiding them through options and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm. Handle data entry tasks accurately, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create a welcoming experience for all callers. Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and order management when necessary. Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or promote new offerings. Requirements Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly. Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry and documentation. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Excellent phone etiquette, typing speed, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
