In this role, you will support our customers and team by completing clerical tasks that are critical to insurance business continuation. Your ability to effectively communicate with customers, and efficiently complete account tasks will be essential in delivering outstanding service and fostering positive relationships with our customers. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate agent/team member. Making outbound calls to retrieve critical and time sensitive information for customer accounts. Processing insurance payments. Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Skills Strong communication skills in English and Spanish. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Experience in cash handling and managing financial transactions. Previous experience in customer support or client services is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with customers. Comfortable with outbound calling as part of follow-up procedures.
