Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions and resolving issues Assist customers with sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and satisfaction in every interaction Skills Strong sales aptitude with experience in cross-selling when appropriate Excellent customer service skills with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving Effective communication skills to clearly convey information and handle challenging situations professionally Analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and recommend suitable solutions or products If you have a background in animal health or agriculture, this is a great job for you. Any experience in retail or management is a plus.
