Customer Service Associate

Job Overview Top Level Hub LLC is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to support daily customer interactions and provide exceptional service to clients and customers. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and maintaining positive customer relationships in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with account information, service requests, and issue resolution Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Process orders, updates, and customer requests efficiently Escalate complex concerns to appropriate departments when necessary Provide professional and courteous communication at all times Support administrative and operational teams as needed Follow company procedures and customer service standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and data entry proficiency Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay:

$21.80 - $22.50 per hour
