Sail-In Liquor Market - Huntington Beach, CA Job Overview Sail-In Liquor Market is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Part-Time Customer Service Associate to join our team. You'll be a key part of our daily operations and the face of our store helping customers, recommending products, and creating a welcoming shopping experience. This is a paid, hands-on retail role in a fast-paced but supportive environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them throughout their shopping experience Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, including cash and card transactions Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers Support sales through upselling and promoting in-store promotions or loyalty programs Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, well-presented store Assist with light product demonstrations when needed Answer store phone calls professionally and assist with customer inquiries Must be able to lift up to 50LBS Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Must be 21+ Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude Comfortable handling cash and learning POS systems Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual skills are a plus Supervising or training experience is a plus, but not required Experience in grocery, liquor, or retail stores

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
