Customer Service & Collections Representative Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service by handling both incoming and outgoing calls. Incoming calls involve assisting customers with making payments, setting up payment arrangements, and answering questions about their accounts. Outgoing calls will be made to customers who are delinquent on their accounts. This position requires accuracy, professionalism, and a positive attitude while helping customers manage their account needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from customers regarding payments, account inquiries, and payment arrangements Process customer payments accurately and efficiently Make outbound calls to customers with delinquent accounts Maintain a friendly, upbeat, and customer-focused attitude Multitask effectively in a fast-paced call environment Follow established office procedures and adhere to the office dress code

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong multitasking and communication skills Positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers Ability to remain organized and professional

Pay:

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
