• 27/hr + Benefits The Role You will own the daily execution of our service operations —managing technician routes, making real-time decisions, and ensuring every job gets completed efficiently and correctly.

You are the control center of the business during the day . This role requires someone who can think clearly under pressure, make fast decisions with incomplete information, and take responsibility for outcomes—not just tasks. If you prefer predictable, low-urgency work or need constant direction, this will not be a fit.

What You'll Own Service Execution:

Take ownership of the full day—from first job to last completion

Route Optimization:

Build and continuously adjust schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity

Real-Time Decision Making:

Solve issues as they happen (delays, cancellations, technician challenges)

Technician Performance Support:

Keep field teams productive, informed, and moving

Customer Experience:

Handle issues with speed and clarity, even under pressure

Operational Accuracy:

Maintain clean, reliable data across CRM and scheduling systems

Process Discipline:

Follow and enforce SOPs while identifying ways to improve how we operate

Operational Support:

Ensure financial/process accuracy, including support for AR/AP-related tasks What Success Looks Like Technicians operate at high efficiency with minimal downtime Customers feel taken care of—even when problems arise Issues are resolved quickly without escalation The operation runs smoothly because you're actively controlling it What We're Looking For You take ownership without being asked You perform well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments You can manage multiple priorities without losing control You communicate clearly and confidently with both customers and technicians You make decisions quickly and stand behind them You care about performance, not just completing tasks Experience in dispatching, logistics, or service operations is required (3-5 years).
