Full-time, 40 hours/week (flexibility and overtime required based on workload) Position Overview We are seeking an extremely detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support order management and customer operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to navigate complex business systems and processes, resulting in a longer training period patience, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn are essential for success . The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Execute quotes, orders, and order management activities with a high degree of accuracy Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers Interpret and execute contractual agreements Coordinate order requirements through MRP systems and other business tools Facilitate communication between internal teams to meet external customer requirements Communicate professionally via phone and email, with strong grammar and writing skills Support multiple customers, markets, and business segments to ensure timely responsiveness Participate in training, testing, and project-related initiatives as needed Represent the organization in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field 3-5 years of customer service experience, including handling customer purchase orders and contracts Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Strong typing and keyboarding skills Comfortable working with multiple complex business systems Self-motivated with a strong desire for growth and development Preferred Qualifications Customer service or sales experience within a manufacturing environment Experience working with MRP systems Basic understanding of the aerospace and defense industry Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Key Competencies Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to remain professional under pressure Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality Effective time management and multitasking abilities Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
