Customer Service Counter Position/ Salesperson

Sales AssociateIf interested, please call now 347-287-3511 Kings Building Material is seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team full-time. This role is based at one of our retail locations and focuses on in-store customer interaction, product sales, and order management.

Compensation:

Base Salary Commission & Benefits $60,000•$75-000 | $20/hour Includes paid vacation and sick time.

Work Schedule:

Monday•

Friday:

7:00 AM•4:00

PM Saturday:

7:00 AM•12:00

PM Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in-store, assisting with product selection and inquiries Enter and manage orders within our computer system Sell masonry and hardscape building materials Develop relationships with homeowners, contractors, and local builders Follow up with previous customers to encourage repeat business Identify and reach out to potential new clients Learn and stay updated on our full product lines and color options (training provided) Provide professional, high-level customer service

Qualifications:

Prior sales experience required (building materials or construction preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn Knowledge of masonry and hardscape materials is a plus but not required
