This role is responsible for coordinating deliveries with freight brokers and LTL carriers, tracking shipments, and assisting customers with questions regarding their orders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate shipment scheduling and deliveries with US freight brokers and LTL carriers Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery Communicate with warehouses, trucking companies, and logistics partners regarding shipment status Respond to customer inquiries regarding order details, shipping updates, delivery timelines, and product information Assist customers with resolving shipping or delivery issues Maintain accurate shipping records and order information Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth order processing Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and provide updates as needed Help improve internal logistics and customer service processes Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working with email, phone communication, Excel, and Google Sheets Professional and customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, logistics, operations, or supply chain Experience working with freight brokers, trucking companies, or LTL shipments Experience with order management or ERP systems Interest in logistics, supply chain, or international business Why Join R&J Flooring Supply Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company Hands-on experience in logistics, operations, and customer service Exposure to international supply chain and importing operations Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment Opportunity for long-term career growth and advancement
