We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team and support our daily shipping and logistics operations. Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with last-mile delivery partners and trucking carriers
• Schedule pickups and deliveries and monitor shipment status
• Communicate with carriers regarding booking, delivery schedules, and shipment updates
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and logistics inquiries
• Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bills of Lading (BOL) and delivery confirmations
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems or spreadsheets
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Assist with cross-department communication and general logistics coordination Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or transportation coordination preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of trucking or last-mile delivery operations is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with logistics software, TMS, or ERP systems is a plus

Pay:

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
