Job Description

Dispatcher / Receptionist - HVAC Ordines Air Conditioning & Heating Inc., a third-generation family-owned HVAC company, is looking for a Dispatcher/Receptionist with HVAC dispatching experience or proven skills in a fast-paced service environment. Responsibilities Answer phones and schedule service calls, product knowledge Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules, truck inventory Update job progress and maintain records, including inventory Provide professional customer service Assist with office tasks as needed Requirements Prior HVAC or fast-paced service dispatch experience required Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent phone and communication skills Computer and scheduling software proficiency Why Join Us?
