Job Description:
Customer Service Manager - Middletown, CT Minimum 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager Venteon is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in Middletown, CT The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing customer service operations within the aerospace business, ensuring exceptional support and communication. This role serves as the primary link between customers and internal teams to ensure contractual, technical, and delivery requirements are met. The Customer Service Manager drives customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships. Requirements of the Customer Service Manager Minimum 5 years of customer relationship management in aerospace manufacturing. Experience in managing manufacturing processes, productivity and efficiency measurements. Experience using MRP/ERP systems. Epicor experience is a plus. Experience with aerospace customer portals. Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Excel. Strong problem solving and analysis skills. Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
