Customer Service Representative — Independent Insurance Agency Bull Insurance Agency | Full-Time | $20-$22 / hour About the Role Bull Insurance Agency, a locally owned independent insurance agency with offices in Lamar and Webb City, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for our clients. You'll help people protect what matters most to them — their homes, cars, businesses, and families — by answering questions, servicing existing policies, and making sure every client interaction leaves them feeling taken care of. This is a full-time, in-office position with a stable Monday-Friday schedule and a fun team that genuinely enjoys working together. What You'll Do Greet clients in person and answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and warmth Service existing policies: process changes, take payments, issue certificates and ID cards, and follow up on client requests Keep client records accurate and up to date in our agency management system Support the agency owner and producers with day-to-day administrative tasks What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation to our Webb City office Excellent communication skills — clear, friendly, and professional in person, on the phone, and in writing Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle several tasks at once A positive, team-first attitude and a real desire to help people Comfortable using a computer (email, web-based software, basic Office tools) Preferred but not required: Active Missouri Property & Casualty (P&C) license. We're happy to train the right candidate and help you get licensed.
