Job Description Position Title:
Customer Service Rep Wage:
$19.50/hour
Shift:
1st
Hours:
7:45am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 7:45am-6:30pm Friday, 7:45am-12:15pm Saturday (rotating, every other); Employees scheduled for a Saturday shift will receive time off during the week to maintain a 40-hour workweek QPS Employment Group is hiring a Customer Service Rep for a company in Delavan, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity. Customer Service Rep Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions
  • Follow Customer Identification Program (CIP) procedures to properly verify customer identity
  • Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
  • Open and maintain deposit accounts (DDA, Savings, CDs, IRAs, HSAs) and provide required disclosures
  • Update customer account information (name, address, contact details, etc.)
  • Accurately process teller transactions and balance cash drawer
  • Assist customers with account issues, including unauthorized transactions and fraud concerns
  • Conduct customer account research and resolve discrepancies
  • Order and manage debit card requests
  • Support safe deposit box services (open, close, maintain access)
  • Prepare and process wire transfer documentation
  • Perform additional duties such as notary services, ATM balancing, and overdraft processing
Customer Service Rep Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Teller or banking experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
