Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Anchor Plumbing Services Full-Time | Monday-Friday Anchor Plumbing Services is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused CSR to join our team. This role is responsible for answering calls, scheduling appointments, assisting customers, and helping keep our daily call board full. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments Make outbound follow-up and membership calls Assist customers with payments and account updates Support dispatch with schedule changes and delays Update customer information in ServiceTitan Deliver excellent customer service on every call Qualifications 3+ months of customer service or call center experience Strong communication and multitasking skills Plumbing industry or ServiceTitan experience preferred Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Outlook) Positive attitude and team mindset Schedule Monday-Friday Shifts between 7:30 AM-6:00 PM Occasional overtime or on-call weekends Why Join Us?
