Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and energetic Customer Service/Administrator Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing exceptional customer support, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and team members. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help us continue delivering top-quality service to our valued customers. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assist customers with orders, billing questions, and service requests, ensuring a positive experience Perform data entry accurately into company systems, maintaining up-to-date client records Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently and securely Able to manage Excel documents updating formulas as needed and accurate data entry Enjoy contributing to the Company goal of continual improvement Collaborate with team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve customer issues swiftly Skills Strong customer support and client service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Good analysis skills for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions Ability to handle cash accurately and perform data entry efficiently Knowledge of phone etiquette, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
