Analyze customer feedback and concerns to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and streamline processes. Document all customer interactions in the call center system for future reference. Assist in resolving complaints by investigating issues and providing appropriate solutions. Experience Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Familiarity with call center operations is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and engage with customers. Proficiency in office software and tools for documentation and reporting purposes.
