Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Crestwood, Inc. is a third-generation, family-owned business committed to producing high-quality cabinetry while prioritizing environmental responsibility. Our team includes skilled craftsmen, designers, sales professionals, and office staff. We are known for our quality, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. We serve local communities and provide cabinetry for homes and businesses in over 40 states through more than 300 dealerships nationwide. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our network of over 300 dealerships across the nation. In this role, you will verify order accuracy, communicate with dealerships, and resolve issues before and after orders are received and installed.
Position and Schedule:
Full-time, based at the Crestwood, Inc. corporate office. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Additional hours may be required.
Wages :
Hourly rate, based on experience and skills. Responsibilities
  • -Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer and dealer representative inquiries.
  • Assist with product questions regarding wood, finishes, hardware, and cabinet customization.
  • Assist with special scheduling requests as needed.
  • Process incoming orders promptly and accurately.
  • Requirements:
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy continuously.
  • Respond to emails and calls promptly.
  • Have a basic understanding of cabinetry types, wood, finishes, and hardware.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to produce production details in writing or using a drawing program.
  • Experience with programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and CAD.
